Refund policy

Returning Items
To arrange a return for exchange or refund the purchaser should email us or contact us through our website within 7 working days of receipt of goods.

Once the return has been accepted the purchaser has a further 14 days to return the goods. These must be returned at the purchaser’s expense, if the item is faulty or damaged we will refund the postage cost of return. An exchange or refund of the original purchase price will be issued within 14 days of receipt of return.

Returns will only be accepted if they are in a resaleable condition in their original packaging. Please retain proof of postage. This does not affect your statutory rights. We aim to process returns within 5 working days of receipt.

Damaged Goods
Please ensure you check all the goods on receipt. Damaged goods must be reported by email within 7 working days of receipt – please provide photographic evidence so that we are able to claim compensation from the delivery company. We will of course replace the items at no extra delivery cost to the purchaser.
