Delivery

The cost for 48 hour delivery is £5.50, and the cost of 24 hour delivery is £8 within UK Mainland, Jersey and Guernsey.

We aim to process and despatch orders received by 1pm the same (working) day. We will do our best to process and send orders received after 1pm but these may not be posted until the next working day.

Our standard delivery is Royal Mail 48 hour service. Royal Mail aim to deliver this service within 2 working days but this is not guaranteed.

International Orders

We currently only ship within the UK.

Goods Not Received

We recommend in the first instance the purchasers checks their local sorting office/neighbours in case they have taken receipt of the products.

Please email us or contact us through our website if a parcel has not been received within a reasonable amount of time, we will check the tracking but the standard Royal Mail 48 service only shows when the parcel has been delivered.

Please be aware that we have to wait 10 working days after the expected delivery date before we can claim compensation for missing goods; no later than 80 days after the goods were posted.
